Assign each rank once
In Suite’s rank-all format, the required pick count sets your weights. If the league requires three picks, use 1, 2 and 3 exactly once across those picks. If it requires ten, use each number from 1 through 10 once.
Required picks can be fewer than the number of available games. The weight range follows the required picks, not the whole slate. When you edit a pick or move a weight, check that your final submission still contains every required value without duplicates.
A fictional three-pick week
This example uses standard confidence scoring with no Game of the Week multiplier. The teams and results are fictional; it is a rules example, not a live league.
| Selection | Weight | Result | Points earned |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harbor to win | 3 | Win | 3 |
| Valley to win | 2 | Loss | 0 |
| Summit to win | 1 | Win | 1 |
| Weekly total | 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 possible | Two correct picks | 4 |
Losses, pushes and cancelled games
A correct pick earns its assigned confidence points. A loss or push earns zero; it does not deduct points from your total. In a straight-up football league, a tied game is a push. In an against-the-spread league, matching the spread exactly is a push.
A Premier League draw works differently: draw is one of the three selectable outcomes. A correct draw prediction wins its assigned points; a home-win or away-win prediction on that same level result loses.
Games processed as cancelled or no-contest earn zero. Their confidence values are not reused or redistributed to another pick. Postponed games may remain pending; check your league’s current slate and commissioner’s update.
Understand any Game of the Week adjustment
A commissioner can enable a points-based Game of the Week. In confidence scoring, that game’s configured value multiplies its assigned weight. A correct 3-point pick with a 2× Game of the Week value earns 6 points.
The same setting behaves differently in equal scoring: the Game of the Week value replaces the normal one point. Check the league rules before comparing possible totals or borrowing an example from another pool.
Confidence is separate from the prediction format
Confidence answers how much a correct pick is worth. Straight-up, spread and Premier League result picks answer what counts as correct. Choose the prediction first, then rank its weight.
Rank your most comfortable selections highest, save lower values for uncertain games, and submit before the effective deadline. No ranking system guarantees results; the fun comes from seeing how your calls compare with your friends.
Common questions
Can I use the same confidence number twice?
Not in Suite’s rank-all format. Every value from 1 through the required pick count must appear once in the completed submission.
Do I get negative points for a loss?
No. Standard Suite confidence grading awards the winning weight or zero for a non-winning pick. A configured Game of the Week multiplier can increase winning points.
Can I change the weights after kickoff?
A locked pick is no longer editable. Finish both your selections and confidence assignments before their effective lock times.
